These Terms govern your use of Soun.do (we, us, our) and our website, apps, and services (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
Soun.do provides tools to create, remix, and share music using AI. Features may change, improve, or be removed. We may limit access to protect the Service, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
You may provide inputs (such as prompts or uploads) and you may generate outputs (such as tracks and projects). You are responsible for the content you submit, generate, and share using the Service.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content only to operate the Service and enable features you choose to use (such as sharing).
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal activity
Upload or share content you do not have rights to use
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the Service
Use bots or automation to abuse trials, limits, or credits
Create or share harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email support@soun.do
with what was infringed, where it appears, and how to reach you. We may remove content and may terminate repeat infringers.
If you purchase a plan, you agree to pay the listed fees and taxes. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and users.
The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soun.do is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you have not paid anything, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
